Adam Drummond is the owner and founder of C.S.S.R. since 2000. He has been a SKYWARN Storm Spotter for 23 years and has been active with C.S.S.R. since, have been active with the National Weather Service and is active with Community Collaborative Rain, Hail & Snow Network (CoCoRaHS). He is a graduate from Harmony Community School District in Farmington, IA,; Purdue Global and Southeastern Community College.

Jeremy Drummond joined the team in April 2010 and has become the Co-owner of C.S.S.R. He is from Des Moines, IA and attended North High School. He has been a SKYWARN Storm Spotter for 13 years now and also a CoCoRaHS observer.

All of our team members are volunteers and are Certified SKYWARN Storm Spotters trained by the National Weather Service and while they are with CSSR they have a handbook of rules and regulations they must follow.

Center for Severe Storm Research have a board of directors who oversee the operation of CSSR and have a set of Bylaws they must follow and they are the only ones on CSSR that pay a yearly membership dues.
